When I run my website, the content is
overlayed with a blank blue screen with “powered by 000webhost” tab
at the top right. The website (vulgarus.com) is nearing 1 year old. Does this
mean it’s time for me to purchase something?

When I run my website (vulgarus), the
animation is overlayed by a blue grandient page with a tab at the far right
labeled> powered by 000webhost. You can just see the very top of my website
running just above the blue page. I’m suspicious of my browser. I tried a
couple other browsers but got the same. When you click on the powered by
000webhost tab it takes you to the 000webhost website. It’s a mystery to me.

Your CSS Might be interfering with the banner’s CSS

Thanx!. Fixed! Doing a background: gradient() in Div{} was hosing up the banner. Did the background as a photoshop jpg got it to work. Thanx again.
