I am unable to access my website and assume other are unable to access it too …

Sometimes I get

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /wp/index.php on this server.    
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

from the BLOG link and other times it says that my IP address is blocked by the webservers firewall.

It then tells me to login and will not accept any email address and password combination I type, not even allowing me to reset the password.

This is making bargainhosts/000webhost completely unusable for me and my chess club. It has been like this for a few years now!

What do you have as email for the administrator of

Like I said earlier if someone access the web site a few times they get messages like

The problem is not really accessing the server. It’s that when the server is accessed it starts giving permission denied messages and blocking the user’s IP address.
