Old Account cant reset password (Trying to delete Account)

I made a account around the end of 2015 and got my first website.
Now I want to delete the contents of the website and ftp (if there is even one) but its impossible to access my account since the password reset function does not work. (im getting no reset Email)

Email is k*******@hotmail.de
Could the admins delete this account and all of its websites/ftp/databases or maybe give me access so I can delete it myself? or did the Account get deleted automatically with all of its website/ftp contents since I was inactive?

Everything was already deleted except the Account because of being inactive for a long period.
