Point domain not working anymore

Hi community,

Right now I am unable to point any domain anymore.
Would that be related to sleeping websites issues ?

I just wanted to point my website to my new domain but it didn’t work. So I tried to remove my actual domain but now I can’t even point my old domain, neither my new one.

I am very okay to have sleeping issues as this is a wonderful free service but now, all my visitors just think I deleted my website and don’t exist anymore, this is not very cool.

Hi @kittencoin!

  1. Go to Cloudflare cPanel > DNS and turn the orange clouds from CNAME records off

  2. Wait 5 minutes

  3. Point your domain from 000webhost cPanel > Set web address > Add > Point domain

  4. Go to Cloudflare cPanel > DNS and turn the orange clouds from CNAME records on
