Need advise If I downloaded a theme from internet or features etc how do I get it on my wordpress via cpanel and where in cpanel must i upload it? As the file dont want to upload in wordpress themes.

If you want to manually set up a Wordpress theme which you have recently downloaded, go to 000webhost cPanel > File Manager and then follow this article.
