The server site11.com is often down. What is the problem ?

The subdomain site11.com seems to work fine.
Maybe the problem is only in your website. What is the URL of your website?
The URL of my site is apeb1fcasa.site11.com. The site is in Portuguese. Now it is online but yesterday when I created the post was off. And these last few days has always been off around 20 hours GMT0. Was just on day 22, day 23 and yesterday.

Can’t really say, just that the server is up now, don’t know if it was down before or whether you got an IP ban for too many connections in a 24 hour period. Could you access the site via proxy before? www.hidemyass.com ?
Shock response is correct. One thing is the domain and another thing is the server (machine where the domain site11.com is hosted).
Shock does not know if I have any restrictions or limitations on access by ip. The hosting plan I have is free and I’m rather novice in these matters I do not know if I have these limitations. Actually the site is now on …
You have the same restrictions as everyone else - no more than 2,000 connections in 24hrs. What I don’t know is whether you broke that restriction which is why i asked if you could see your site via proxy during the period you thought the site was down.
The site is again down. I don’t know what’s happened.
