000webhost problem dns

hey,
porque mi 000webhost no resuelve mi dominio sin www, sin embargo con www si puedo ingresar, estoy administrando el dominio con cloudflare y tengo el ssl pero no resuelve la direccion sin www.
alguien me ayuda? saludos
