when I tried to change my password or my email address, i would receive an mail so i could change it but any of these mails contain a link to change my email or my password
Can you change your region / profile to ITALY / ITALIAN as you’ve stated you can access the panel.
As of the 17th August 2021 we are aware of a number of issues with our free learning platform.
We’ve notified developers / administrators and they are working hard to resolve the issues.
