FTP unavailable to access my files

Dear all,

I can’t access the ftp server anymore. I was able to access it but I don’t know why sttoped. I changed the password and nothing happened.

Has anyone some tips to solve this problem?

We recently had a DNS issue which has resulted in some ISP(s) not having the freshest DNS entries for our services and thus some users are facing issues until their ISP DNS is flushed/refreshed etc.
