Also, files.000webhost.com can’t be reached. The connection fails every time for a week.

The file manager is loading from our side. I can only think of DNS caching issues.
Restart your machine and try again. If the issue persists I recommend to talk with your ISP about this matter, maybe they can help. Some parts of internet may be broken that happens rarely but it does

We recently had a DNS issue which has resulted in some ISP(s) not having the freshest DNS entries for our services and thus some users are facing issues until their ISP DNS is flushed/refreshed etc.
Thanks for your help. Last night, the file manager was working again. But this morning, I cannot open it because it is archived while I consult it almost every day. Could you unlock my file manager please ?
