Migration To New CPanel

I have downloaded my files from website but still am not sure want to do.
I login to my old cpanel but I do not see migration to new cpanel.
All I see is my domain and old panel.

It says to upload files to new website.
What website. What is means by this.
I have a website already
I am very confused.

Please help

please share screen shot of it

you can use filezilla and move all the old files to your new account and try it

create the old database name in the new server and import the old data in new account

When I log in to my member domain, there is no move button to new cpanel

List of your accounts
» Domain » Status » Action
eav.webatu.com Active Go to CPanel

There is nothing else shown.
Where is the move button.
Where is the migration button.

I did use filezilla to download all my files
Where I am supposed to upload to.
Am I supposed to setup a new account. and new website name or what.
Do I create a new website.
It is completely confusing

Thinks you are still with old cpanel. Check this -> Migration tutorial > Backing up > Deleting old panel > Migrating to new panel
