Problems to upload images

Hi Everyone, when I try to upload a new img I take a miss “Missing a temporary folder”.
I’m try to fix but I can’t. please help

It is in Spanish but actually it says “missing temporary directory”

ok so open your file manager and open wp-config.php file in it and Add following code after /*

define(‘WP_TEMP_DIR’, dirname(FILE) . ‘/wp-content/temp/’);

and then open wp-content folder and create a new folder in it named “temp”
