I received a response from the admin. He says there are no issues with the servers, so your issue could be related to your code. Try this tutorial to enable error logs.

I do that and I still have
HTTP 500 error
That’s odd… the website can’t display this page
The site may be under maintenance or could have a programming error.

Try contacting the website’s owner
