Hello, I’m a new user.
I want to confirm my phone number in order to unlock the FTP access and I’ve sent the code, to the phone number provided, several times but it seem to be not working.
Did someone have the same problem? I’ve submitted a ticket to the helpdesk but they haven’t replied.
