Website ERROR . This is what I am come across when I try to access to my website

I am currently i am experiencing problems with my website : https://thenewsroom.site40.net/ When I try to access to it I am automatically redirect to a welcome page. Yesterday it was even worse , I couldn’t even access to the website . I was told " Error "
Please help me , I really despair and I really want to get my data back and my website.
