My two websites hosted on 000webhost are currently offline, and I can’t login to my account on 000webhost.com. Shows the message “The login details are incorrect”. I had to create a new account with a different email to access the forum and create this topic. What happens?

They’ve invested heavily in a third party mailing service to ensure high deliverability, but sadly some providers still even blacklist the term “000webhost” so it goes to spam due to previous abusive users, we can’t help that some providers do this.
Users are ultimately 100% responsible for ensuring they have regular backups of THEIR DATA.

I saw now my websites are still online on 000webhostapp addresses. And I still have access to FTP. So they’re not deleted?
And why I can’t access my account on 000webhost?
If you provide the URL(s) I can certainly check?
Shows they’ve been deleted for sure on 21/10
Maybe a cache issue try a new browser or incognito tab.
It likely will show archived sleeping or deleted.
I found the 000webhost email from 1 week ago on my spam, unfortunatelly my account was really deleted today by inactivity.
Could I recreate my free account with the same email address and include my two websites again adding my own domains?
