Hi, you should try downloading the .zip version of the plugin from its official repository.
Afterwards, you can upload the .zip file in the Plugins section of your wp-admin panel.

That’s definitely not supposed to happen. Can you try reinstalling Wordpress?
Sounds like the plugin isn’t installing or timing out, have you tried creating a new 000webhostapp and trying a fresh install of WP/WooCommerce?
I’ve seen various threads from users regarding WC and it not working properly on the free platform, I can confirm it 100% is working and compatible on Hostinger as I’ve got it and not had any issues, can’t comment on the free platform apart from the issues/complaints I’ve seen on the forum due to timeouts and exceeding free plan limitations.
