It would be appreciated if you could assist on my issue ASAP. As it is in peak periods that my customer will visit my website.
I received the email notified that my business site was reported by SiftScience.
Could you please investigate them. I believe this was falsely identified.
I raised the same issue 5 days ago and the team assisted and restored my website.
It is really disappointed as the issue happened twice in a week!
Hence, could you please also advise the permanent solutions for this?
Please let me know, If it is possible to identify which scripts/files that was uploaded on the website caused the issue, I may consider to improve the script.
