000webhost File Manager Error

Hello, this is my first time uploading a website at 000webhost.

When I extract my website’s .zip file, I get an error:

ftp_put(): Can't open that file: No such file or directory

Somebody help me please

Chk this post…but instead of backup use “Unzip Archive” option to extract.
