404 page - possible permissions error

Hi,

I’m trying to install Indexhibit.org cms on the free web hosting but I’m stuck on a problem and I think it’s because of some permissions errors.

I uploaded the required files with Filezilla in the main FTP folder and created a database.
At sitename.000webhostapp.com/ndxzstudio/install.php I should find the cms installation screen but I only find:

Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /ndxzstudio/install.php on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The same message appears if I try to go to sitename.000webhostapp.com (I deleted public_html folder)

Is there a way to fix this issue?

Make a new folder called public_html to get rid of 403 error.

Adding a public_html doesn’t solve the problem because still I cannot access install.php.

I tried both keeping all the files in the root folder (website url/ndxzstudio/install.php) and inside public_html (website url/public_html/ndxzstudio/install.php) but nothing changes, I get 404, not the installation screen.

Sounds like a script issue or it is not compatible with our hosting.
Try script developer for assistance
