Seems like the CMS addon isn´t released to the public yet?
Which CMS/Bridge to choose depends on your needs really. I personally have never used some sort of bridge for phpBB/WP so i can´t really suggest one 
this is what WP-United looks like:
bridge is not work very smooth unless you know what you are doing and troubleshoot, debug and make it work. For Wordpress there is BBPress for forum
