Hi everyone can we still get into ftp with the new changes being made is yes how can we do this please help thanks I am using a imac any help would be appreciated.

OK i have accessed the FTP but when i put my backup in to the public htlm folder my site still does not work

ok i put all my files from the backup i made in to the Public_html folder thinking my site will come back up now when i go to the site i get the following error
Please Install Zend Optimizer!
can anyone help i am desperate to get my site back as it was

Hi james its just simple 5 page site I am music producer its just an informative site I have a backup of it from website builder i put all the files via ftp into public HTML folder but it does not seem to load any help would be appreciated thanks
my backup is a tar file and its about 50mb 
inside the tar file looks like this
Ah right so your files are there just extract them and upload them to your public_html folder and your site will function again no?
