I recently received an email (which I only just saw yesterday because it got caught by my spam filter) stating that if I didn’t log in to my account by 17 September that my account would be deleted. I then tried to log in on the 15th, however it is saying the account doesn’t exist. I can also now see that my site (http://bandunderthesun.co.uk/) is no longer hosted
Is it possible to please reactivate my account? (it was under a different email address)

Sadly not the account has been totally removed 
Well that’s less than ideal… You might want to check your automated processes as this was the first email I received on the subject and I tried to log into before the stated deadline, so something has gone wrong
I can certainly ask a developer to investigate this issue for future users yes.
If you forward the emails you’ve got to moderator@000webhost.com and I can pass them on too.
Sadly this has happened to me too it was suppose to be deleted on the 9/18/19 but i login on the 15th and it was gone already
Again forward emails to the address above and I can raise this with a developer.
