I wanted to know if there is any backup facility with the free hosting account on 000webhost? In case we made some mistake and wanted to get the 2 or 3 days older version of the website, will that be possible?
No the premium service offers backup, free accounts don’t get backups.
You can manually back it up by downloading all your files though.

@simmbadon, just don’t forget to backup any databases you have too! In the databases section, click manage, and phpmyadmin. You can select the relevant database in phpmyadmin, and choose export.
Depends on what you’re changing on your site, but if you use databases, they’re likely to want to protect their data through regular manual backups.
