"Application error" on Elgg 2.3.8 installation

Hi at all!

I installed Elgg 2.3.8 into my space, but I receive this error.
The URL is https://families-barrufet.ga/comunitat/
I’ve configured php at 7.1 version

Try switching PHP to 5.6 via general settings on 000webhost just to see what happens

I’m trying this now, but it doesn’t work.

Now, the error is changed.
Fatal error in exception handler. Check log for Exception at time 1538643064

Reading online Elgg requires use of composer which 000webhost doesn’t have, are you sure 000webhost meets the requirements for Elgg to run?

You know any similar application to create a social network between parents of playschool to communicate us that works on 000webhost?

Do you need a full social network or could you settle for something like Slack?

Thanks, I know Slack.
But we need a full social network because we are a families association and we need this to communicate us and make polls to decide something.
I’m trying now HumHub online and can be a good thing!
