w3 total cache that i was installing
Sorry, 000webhost does not support cache plugins. You must consider upgrading, to use them. 
Uninstall it and your problem will be solved.
As i was unable to install this due to error message so, i had deleted it by ftp. But nothing happen. Can you please restore this
In your htaccess, delete everything not between begin wordpress and end wordpress
