Hello , as I know running TelegramBot is perhobited on free panel, so what about premium panels?
Telegram BOT / API of any sort is NOT PERMITTED on the free plans.
VPS would be your ideal to allow you mass resources if a big bot.

No I dont have a big bot , it does not upload or download ; I always was checking status on my account ; Not used 5% of allowed bandwithch ,and momry usage on each request was under 2MB like normal site ;

Sadly free plan just doesn’t permit any bot related materials.
