Hi,

When I try to access my site, it said it’s been deleted. I logged onto my account and it was “reset” (all sites were gone and it asked me to make a first site).

I did not approve of this reset or site deletion. The above link was the only site on the account. I never got a warning email from 000webhost that would suggest that this would happen. Is there a way you could undo the site deletion and account reset?

Hi there!

Your account was deleted on 2020-09-21 for inactivity. Unfortunately, deleted accounts/websites cannot be recovered; it is the user’s responsibility to create backups, per our ToS.
