I’ve created a ticket with developers to report this issue with the cPanel not loading your websites & hopefully they’ll be able to investigate and resolve it soon.
With regards to the DNS error they are already aware as you know per previous topic so that will be resolved in due time also.
You could try alternative DNS in the meantime to see if this cures anything?

I am using OpenDNS currently as Google DNS was proving the same errors you got earlier when loading sites.
