Today i was reading a blog the guy was pretending like if only we can make or buy 5+ pr 3 or higher backlinks we could be on google’s first page (long tail and small competition keywords)
is it possible?

for a longtail, low competition keywords you can rank with out back links. but you should Have High Quality Content.
