Can’t connect file manager and ftp

Hello,

I have problem, I can’t open file manager, can not connect on the ftp software.
My login and password is correct but says error timeout. (fileZilla).

  • can’t make update my file php and others in the server because i can’t reach the file manager(504 getway)
  • can’t open file manager (https://files.000webhost.com/ 5)
  • can’t open using FilleZilla.
