Cannot move to new member area


Hi. I am trying to follow the instruction for moving my website to new member area, but I am facing some problems on deleting my old account…
It shows “Requested action was not completed. Your account was moved to the new panel so your actions here are restricted.” when I clicked the Delete button in old member area.
Also, I still cannot receive the confirmation email from new member area.
And I tried to use the same sub-domain ( with my old one but I cannot access the website.
Please help. :frowning2:

I am in New panel (not yet received the confirmation email) and cannot delete the account in Old panel (follow the instruction).

When I access “” it jumps to “” automatically…


Its DNS propagation issue.

Use google dns.

Clear your browser cache and data and then try again.
also check using other browsers.
Else possible restart your PC and then check again.

I’m glad it worked for you.

Verification mail sometimes takes time to recieve. This is because of the queue system and load on servers.
