Can't access nor manage my site

Why am I getting this?
Hostinger did a transfer of my website to Hostingerapp.com and

1. I can’t access my site.
   
   
2. I can’t manage my site (My Java is up to date)

It will be super best to post these to the live chat team on Hostinger as we can’t access their systems here.
