Can't access wordpress. Is the site down

I tried to login to my wordpess account
but after entering id and password

It shows

“404. That’s an error.
The requested URL was not found on this server.”

What am I supposed to do? Is the site down

my url is

Have you installed WordPress before or is this the first time?

I had installed wordpress many time but the error remains same

It seems to have resolved itself unless @ckhawand has fixed it.
