Can't get access to tools or website settings

Can’t get access to tools or website settings when logged in on /members.
I get this message "Please wait, connecting to server. 7s "
The seconds is counting down to zero and then nothing!

I have tried this from 4 different computers at 2 different networks.
Same problem occurs on all of them.

Any idea what the problem might be?

Must’ve been a temporary server issue. Please clear your browser cache and try accessing cPanel again

Nope. Did not help.
And it’s not temporary. It has been like this for at least two weeks now.

Try a proxy or VPN?
Your account loads up here without issue and over a VPN for myself.
