i can’t purchase a domain name using my 000webhost cpanel ,it saying that "the email Tobynwude@gmail.com is already registered " please help i currently have only two websites in the cpanel and don’t currently own any domain name.
What domain are you trying to purchase?
Please try logging into https://hostinger.com or registering wtih tobynwude@gmail.com and see if it lets you signup/login and purchase there.
yes it did but i can’t purchase the domain name ogbetemfb.com with my mastercard, i would click on the option but will not see any form to input my details

We recommend you to contact Hostinger Support directly and explain them this matter. They are the ones which are managing the domains and paid plans purchases.
We would happily assist you however we have no access to their systems.
