Change email on account

Hi there, I’d like to change the email my account is registered with, as the old one will be unusable soon, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to do this myself. Is this something somebody here can help with?

Are you using the old panel by chance?

I’m not sure, I may be. Are you able to post a link to where I should be?

Edit: The FAQ says I should be able to update my email by clicking on it in the Customer Details section on the right, but nothing happens when clicked.

If you are still on the old panel, your profile e-mail cannot be changed, unfortunately. However, all accounts are planned to be migrated to the new panel, therefore you will be able to do it sooner or later.

In the new panel you can change your profile e-mail by navigating to My Profile -> Change E-mail section:
