I currently have the free version of your service. I have the need to be able to create raised procedures but since it is free I cannot, so I would like to know with what plan I can access the creation of triggers and procedures

I am making a shopping cart system, and to generate my order and detail tables I am handling it by stored procedure. What is the price to access the stored procedure and trigger functions?
I believe you’ll need to purchase a VPS to achieve this as it gives you full control over your database server.
Premium would be the way forward with a VPS at a minimum.
