I can see from your history you’ve had a LOT of hit and misses using website builder and WordPress, I feel that since there is language barrier also existing here you should seek professional support from a web designer in your local area who can sit down with you and you can tell them exactly what you need and want.
Also if you are going to be hosting anime related material on 000webhost I’d advise to push you towards upgrading to Hostinger.com as you’ll soon reach your limits on 000webhost unfortuantely
If you still want to push on yourself you could try a site like https://www.fiverr.com/ and find a professional who could maybe do a mock-up and then we could go from there.
