My website btomic.000webhostapp.com cannot access the database. Do you know when it will be restored?
As far as I can see via your website both databases are functioning fine? 
I posted a response time diagram, it shows 30 - 55 seconds RTT. I have microcontroller polling the status from the database so the only way to have this problem is no response from the database. It happened several times before, it would last from a couple of hours to almost a day. I hope it won’t be that long again…
Sounds like rate limiting, upgrade to resolve or just wait it out
Gotcha nothing we can do about database issues on the free plan apart from suggesting upgrade or waiting them out
