Hey there, haven’t been able to login to my site and access phpmyadmin for 2-3 days. Need help, I’m not sure if this is a server issue on your end. But I did see that all statuses are operational.

Exclui um banco de dados e estou tentando criar ele novamente. Porém, fica dando a mensagem de erro, dizendo que já possuo dois bancos de dados. Por isso, não consigo criar o banco de dados novamente.

I tried to resolve this error for you but I can see you’ve already deleted the account 
No update yet, I can see that all SQL nodes are online and active so at this stage I’m guessing there was a server crash or failure and some databases may have been lost hence why I look at the 4 affected users I’m aware of and the table size is 0MB and no data showing at all.
I would make a new database/reset website to be on the safe side and upload a backup in the meantime so you can get going again.
If you’ve not got a backup then we cannot assist as we simply do not keep backups.
