I paid the domain xivertfm.es and it appears as “waiting for payment”.And it still doesn’t work.

I’ve opened a ticket with Hostinger regarding this, it seems to have gone through on their side of things but the system hasn’t pushed any information back to us 
I’m so sorry this has happened and is delaying you from working on your new URL.
I’ll let you know as soon as I can via this thread when it has been resolved or the next steps
They should have sorted you out for this now
