The Webmail Client is not receiving emails.
I create the email xxx@mydomain.tk.
I send an email from my Gmail account to xxx@mydomain.tk.
I open the webmail client RoundCube and there are no new email in any folder.
Everything else is working… my index.html is live.
Why is this happening?
Check and see if mail is working on the server you’re on

Replace the XX with your server number, use a known working email and check your spam folder.
I had this issue with another hosting provider. A message was treated as spam and automatically deleted. I had no choice but redirect unwanted email to inbox and now it works. There is not a lot of setting options available here, but SquirrelMail allows to choose “do not use trash folder”. Try.
Do you have any problem with sending to .tk domain using webmail?
Mail is working on my server.
I have not received any notice of my mail being undelivered when sending from Gmail to xxx@mydomain.tk
I also designated a Junk folder in RoundCube.
Send from webmail to webmail works.
Send from Gmail to webmail does not work.
Send from webmail to Gmail works.
I have changed my MX Record (through cPanel) to mx.000webhost.com.
I have also added the MX Record (mx.000webhost.com) to my Domain via the dot.tk website.
I am now able to send/receive email. (I can send and receive email from my Gmail account to my xxx@mydomain.tk account)
HOWEVER
I am not receiving emails from websites. I have since signed up on eBay, Paypal and Alibaba without receiving any confirmation emails (I am certain the email address is correct).
What is going on?
you need to use 000webhost name servers if you want to receive email at 000webhost.
