I want to download my website files. backup and FTP account options are locked. so how can i download all files with single download button?
FTP account option is locked for having more than one FTP account.
All free users get ONE FTP account and access to File Manager.
You can use File Manager, upload files, right click public_html and compress and then download the .zip file
