Email forwarder not working?

I set up a forwarder for emails to webmaster@llanblethian.org.uk to be forwarded to my own address: mike@baileyfamily.me.uk

Is there a long delay after setting this up for the forwarder to be propagated and active?

Can anyone assist me to enable this email forwarder please?

Should be near instant, try forwarding to GoogleMail account and if that works then it would mean something has blacklisted 000webhost servers over at your host for mailserver.baileyfamily.me.uk
