I can not get into the FTP of my site.

Your FTP is working fine for me.
Use “Site Manager” option of FileZilla and use
It is not giving. Same message.
What message though, can you screenshot the error messages?
In the first image above, with a red circle.
Yeah that isn’t really an error though, give me the print out given in the top window.
Are you using site manager like I suggested and using plain and no security as suggested please screenshot your site manager setup
