Error Entered domain contains subdomain which is not allowed

I have the domain ritaoliveira.dev.br (registro.br) and I can’t add it to my website https://ritadev.000webhostapp.com/
In the parking domain it gives the error “Entered domain contains subdomain which is not allowed”

Was informed that “Whitelisted for you”, but still giving this error

Can you help me?

Hi there, I’ve checked and I can see the issue is coming from “dev.br” as the system thinks this is the actual domain and you are trying to park a subdomain like ritadev.dev.br

I have sent a message to developers to see if this can be resolved and have dev.br added like any other top level domain .co.uk etc.

Yeah I see that, but the system assumes .BR is the TLD in this case and the website you would normally park be dev.br and then it assumes again rita.dev.br is the subdomain.
