It appears the issue is with the webserver that hosts the plugins, not Wordpress or our system. You should contact the developer of the theme.
Those links that you can see i.e. casethemes.net/plugins/js_composer.zip and the three above, you could likely download directly in your browser and upload via FTP if possible
