FTP not working since 7 days

My FTP has not worked for past 7 days
https://ojmih1test.000webhostapp.com/

Since last week, FileZilla log is like this:

14:47:27Status:Resolving address of http://files.000webhost.com
14:47:27Status:Connecting to 145.14.144.149:21...
14:47:47Error:Connection timed out
14:47:47Error:Could not connect to server

00:01:42Status:Resolving address of http://files.000webhost.com
00:01:42Status:Connecting to 145.14.144.209:21... 
00:02:02Error:Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity 
00:02:02Error:Could not connect to server 00:02:02Status:Waiting to retry...

I tried “Troubleshoot and Fix Your Website: Repair”
Also the File Manager in the webconsole Timeout as well
I read the FTP Troubleshooting Guide

Nothing has helped

I reached out on Twitter, the CSR says to post on forum

I’ve successfully connected without issue to that account just now, can you try a VPN free like https://windscribe.com this will normally eliminate any blockages locally to yourself as a few firewalls and security software now block our services for a couple of reasons sadly.
