Hi There,

this afternoon I cannot access my webserver, when logging,

|Error:|Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity|
|Error:|Could not connect to server|
|Status:|Waiting to retry…|

I am having same problem. I am using a Windows FTP client to try to upload my website. I can open files.000webhost.com, which then asks for my username. When username entered, it asks for password, which I enter, and then nothing happens, and it times out. This started around 5:30AM PDT 3/21/19. Even if I enter an incorrect password, I get no response…

There is an FTP issue with a small amount of users, developers are working on resolving this.
